1. Scope

This policy explains how personal data is processed when you use scriptcronus.it.


2. Data We Collect

We collect only the data strictly necessary to process your order and provide support:

  • Email address
  • Order number and order details
  • Telegram and Discord usernames or IDs, where you contact us through those services
  • Device serial number, where required for licence activation and verification
  • IP address, date and time of the transaction
  • Technical delivery logs
  • Correspondence you send us for support purposes

We do not collect or store payment card details. Payment data is processed exclusively by our payment service providers under their own security and privacy standards, and never reaches our servers.


3. Purposes and Legal Basis

We process your data for the following purposes:

  • Processing your order and delivering the product. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
  • Providing customer support. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
  • Retaining transaction and delivery logs and the device serial number as proof of delivery, for licence management, and for the prevention and detection of fraud and unauthorised use. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
  • Retaining accounting records. Legal basis: legal obligation under the Swiss Code of Obligations.

We do not use your data for profiling or marketing, and we do not sell or share it for commercial purposes.


4. Recipients of Your Data

We share data only with providers strictly necessary to operate the service:

  • Payment service providers, to process transactions
  • Our hosting provider, which stores the website and order data
  • Email and messaging providers, including Telegram and Discord, where used to deliver the product or provide support

These providers act as processors or independent controllers under their own privacy policies. Some may process data outside Switzerland and the EEA; in such cases transfers take place on the basis of adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.


5. Data Retention

  • Operational data required for the delivery and support services to function (email address, order number, Telegram and Discord identifiers, device serial number): 1 year from the date of purchase
  • Order documentation and accounting records: 10 years, as required by Swiss commercial law
  • Support correspondence: up to 12 months from the last contact

After these periods the data is deleted or anonymised, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.


6. Your Rights

Under the GDPR and the Swiss FADP you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you and obtain a copy
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data, subject to our legal retention obligations
  • Request restriction of processing
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interest
  • Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format (data portability)
  • Withdraw consent, where processing is based on consent
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Switzerland, the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC); in the EU, your national data protection authority

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity, for example by writing from the email address used for the order.


7. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to order data.

We may update this Privacy Policy. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top.
