1. Scope
These Terms govern all purchases made through scriptcronus.it. Details of the seller are set out in Section 14 and in the site footer.
2. Products
We sell digital software scripts for use with compatible gaming hardware. The products are configuration and script files; no physical goods are shipped.
The hardware required to use our products is not sold by us and must be obtained separately. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any hardware manufacturer, game publisher or platform holder.
3. Delivery
Upon confirmation of your payment, the purchased script is made available to you immediately on the order confirmation page. A copy is also sent automatically to the email address provided at checkout.
You are responsible for providing a valid email address. If you are unable to access the product, contact us and we will resolve the issue.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by external payment service providers. We do not receive or store card details. We retain only the order email address, order number, IP address, and the date and time of the transaction, as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds
By completing your purchase you expressly request immediate delivery of the digital product and acknowledge that, once delivery has begun, you lose any right of withdrawal that may otherwise apply to distance contracts.
Accordingly, purchases are non-refundable once the product has been made available to you.
This does not affect your right to a refund in the cases set out in our Refund Policy.
Where a refund is granted, the licence granted under Section 6 terminates immediately and any associated access is revoked.
6. Licence and Permitted Use
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the script for your own private use. Ownership and all intellectual property rights remain with us.
You may not:
- share, publish, or distribute the script or any access credentials
- resell or sublicense the script
- modify, decompile, or reverse-engineer the script
Access is granted to a single user and may be linked to the serial number of the device on which the product is activated. We monitor for unauthorised sharing and reserve the right to suspend access, without refund, where sharing or unauthorised distribution is detected.
Unauthorised distribution may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Swiss and international copyright law.
7. Third-Party Terms and User Responsibility
The use of our products may be subject to restrictions under the terms of service of individual games, platforms, or online services. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use complies with the terms of any service you use.
We accept no liability for any measures taken against your account by a third-party service provider.
8. Compatibility and Updates
Our products are developed for specific games and firmware versions. Third-party updates may affect functionality at any time. Where reasonably possible we issue updated versions to active licence holders, but we do not warrant uninterrupted compatibility, and a change made by a third party does not in itself entitle you to a refund.
9. Support
Support is available at the contact details in Section 14. We aim to respond within a reasonable time.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Swiss law.
11. Data Protection
Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy, including the retention periods set out there.
12. Sales Worldwide and Governing Law
We sell to customers worldwide. These Terms are governed by Swiss law. The courts of the Canton of Ticino, Switzerland, have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you in your country of residence.
13. Acceptance and Changes
By completing a purchase you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms. We may update these Terms; the current version is always available on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top.
